need a standard three piece bathroom suite installed. old suite ripped out and new put in same place.
Turned up when they said. It took them a day, and then a morning to finish off some tiling and grouting that wasn't even initially included in quote! Disposed of old bathroom for us too. Will use again. Very happy. :)

Worcester 35 cdi/35 Boiler servicing.
I did think the cost was a little high, but as you only sent me 1 plumber I was not able to compair !! He was a very polite young man and very efficient. and booked him for next year.

fit electric shower in my downstairs bathroom
John has done a first class job fitting my shower. I even changed the specs at the last minute. No problem he said and got on with the work. Cleaned up and left the place nice and tidy when he left. Reduced the quote with adjustments of the job, would recommend and use again.

Leak from bathroom to kitchen below (underground pipe leaking)!
Hirpreet turned up on time and was very knowledgable and time conscience. The work was carried out quickly and he cleaned up at the end of the job and explained the cause and what he did to fix the leak.

I'm not sure
The water pipes hammer and make a looud noise when the toilet is flushed. This is a rental property so any billing will have to be done from a distance. ie you bill us and we will transfer money into account or post cheque - what ever is best for you, but there will be no money from the tennants.

Unsure of makes of sinks.
Kitchen is stainless steel
small basin in cloakroom not plastic
Stayed late to get the job done, due to extra problems with existing fittings also came back next day to finish the work.

I'm not sure
replace radiators. and put on temperature control on one. Change tap in kitchen.
Excellent response: experienced, professional with innovative advice at every stage. Radiators were fitted neatly to the wall allowing me to fit a lovely new towel under the shelf. It is always a dubious task hiring builders without prior references, but my worries were put to rest. ALSWELL THAT ENDS WELL! I highly recommend this company. MERRY XMAS.
