"I can't make any remarks on the quality of work that was done as i did not use this company to complete my work. After agreeing to use First Class Maintenence it was agreed that i would be visited on a Saturday morning at 8am. I got a phone call 10 minutes after the plumber was due to arrive saying that he had hurt his back and would't be attending. They did offer to reschedule but i declined the offer."
