For a week he assured us he would come back and repair, giving us times when he would return and each time failing to keep any of these appointments, finally just not answering his phone to us. We have had to call in another plumber to rectify the leak at an additional cost to the £200 we had already paid Nick for one hour's work. Would NOT recommend this plumber to anybody and very disappointed."
