Job requires; *installation of large shower, double sink, wc, storage cabinet and fixtures such as mirror, above mirror lighting, ceiling lighting, extractor etc *tiling floor and walls *installing a towel rail & a radiator *bricking up an internal door, rendering, skimming and making good on both sides *locating soil pipe, tidying electrics and pipes in bathroom *making good ceiling *all ancillary jobs reqired to fully complete the bathroom including painting woodwork/ceiling etc skills required for job; ability to plumb, brick work, plaster, decorate and do electrics. We will provide shower room suit, lighting, cabinet, extractor, radiator, towel rail and tiles. Tradesman to provide all other materials necessary to complete the job. Tradesman must be available to start job no later than week commencing 30th July 2012.
Ian was always punctual, reliable and a pleasure to have in the house. He was extremely patient and also took a lot of pride in his work. We had some difficulties with electrics but Ian did his best to resolve them. Overall I would use him again and would recommend him.
