There are two things which I need done: 1. water is leaking after I use our downstairs shower and I don't know where the leak is coming from 2. there is a noise when I turn on the tap in our kitchen which passes after a few seconds and I would like to get this checked

When I have taken water level down in expansion tank it will rise above the overflow pipe outlet within a couple of hours. Float and immersion cylinder have been replaced but problem getting worse
Neal gave me really useful advice over the phone and so I ended up not needing to hire him. However, the next time I need a plumber Neal will definitely be my first port of call.

I have a tap in the kitchen that provides both hot and cold water. It is only 6 months old but I cannot stop it dripping. I think maybe the washer has gone.
Paul fixed my dripping tap with the minimum of fuss. He was courteous on the telephone and arrived on time to complete the work. At my house he clearly explained what he needed to do and how much it would cost. My tap is now working perfectly. I recommend Paul to others and will contact him again if I have other plumbing and heating work that I need doing.

The water mains rise in the kitchen at the rear of the property, easily accesible, and is about 17m from the stop tap at the edge of the pavement. We have a block paved driveway and patio.
