Job 2 small jobs. 1) Hot bathroom tap. Turning the tap dosen't bring on an immmediate flow of water (I thnk the washer just needs to be replaced). But also, where the where the main copper pipe connects to this tap fitting is loose and leaks when the tap is used (so we have stopped using it). 2) Kitchen Tap. A small black rubber ring has worn out and I cant find a similar replacement, its eiher too thick and the tap won't rotate or too thin and it leaks. This just needs to be replaced.

Job replacing a boiler.I have 12 radiators

Comment I was going to replace the boiler as the pressure from the system was reducing. He suggested not to do so as this will not resolve the problem. Find a leak and this needs to be fixed. Will recommend his services Yeshu

Nice friendly guy who got on with the job and didn't go until it was finished and came back a few days later (again when he said he would) with another part that needed fixing. Budget I'm not sure

Job I have a leak in my rainwater guttering between 2 joints. Guttering could also possibly be blocked with leaves etc. Looking to see if it can be repaired and cleaned or advisable to replace.

The tradesman attended my premises, inspected the job and provided me with a competitive quote to:- 1) repair and clean over filled rain water guttering and install kit to prevent them from being blocked again. 2) replair and replace damanged roof tiles I would recomend this tradesman for any work with the roofing field without any hesitation. Job New smaller radiator to replace old, new thermostat on another radiator. WC not filling after flushing Washing machine move to utility room, fit disher washer in kitchen and fit dryer in utility room

Comment We hired this company to provide some basis plumbing services and were sadly disappointed with the service provided. At the end of day, he was in such a rush to leave that he did not turn the water stop in the kitchen off properly and as a result we had to deal with buckets of leaking water for 3 days - he arrived late on the Monday to repair the mistake. Secondly the thermosat on the the radiator which he had fitted as part of the work for fitting a new raidator did not work and it we asked him to come to fix it on the 11th July which he declined. Subsequently he turned up at the 2nd appt only to find he did not bring the right part and went to buy one but advisedhe could not find one and did not return. I had to telephone him to find this information out. I have made a further 3 appointments, each time myself or my husband having to stay home from work for the appt and he has not turned up despite my sending confirmation text and voicemail the previous day. We paid for the job in cash and got a lot of problems in return. Would never employ again or recommend to friends and family Rasmita
