Toilet is flushing, but it isn't emptying very slowly - possibly blocked
Great service. Vic is a great chap and came within a few hours and cleared the problem straight away, he also has a great policy of phoning the next day to make sure everything is still okay and if the problem has recurred, come back and fix it as part of the previous day's charge - a brilliant service!

no hot water ,i think the element isn't working, at one point the water was so hot i turned down the thermostat and it's not worked since ,did try replacing the thermostat with a previous one and still no hot water. All the electrics seem to be ok

Overflow is emptying into pan and is under control by stop cock so not emergency. Would consider complete cistern replacement as it is 12 years old and has been repaired before.
Job prooved moore difficult than expected but he stuck to his quote. Very satisfied .

Raise height of rain shower head, and make good tiling. Check & stop small leak on outside plastic pipework.
Very personable, and happy to do small job required. I was extremely satisfied with the response, and work carried out. Would not hesitate to use again.

1. Replace xisting radiator with new larger one using existing pipes 2. Remove lounge radiator and seal off pipes. 3. Remove hall radiator and use existing underfloor pipework to 'spur' onto new hall radiator on stud wall 4. Install new lounge radiator on outside wall on other side of stud. 5. Heating system drain point to be moved from one hall rad to other. NB Rads already hung, floor boards will be up for you. Am looking for hourly rate + cost of materials
Nigel did a good job, worked hard and was personable. He did plumbing work for me and seemed more than competent, Iwould use him again should the need arise.

As brief summary. There is probably a rubber seal between the two, which must have perished.
Probably not his fault, but the problem re-occurred 3 times, and I fixed the last leak myself. Nice guy, returning to Ireland shortly, so not available.

Need new monobloc hose tap connecting to pipework ( h & c) and new sink waste connecting. Water pipes and waste are in place in kitchen unit beneath new worktop sink unit. They need the right fittings and joining up.
Great to deal with. Kept appointments on time. Would use again.

Removal of old 22mm copper waste from downstairs macerator toilet (pipework ONLY is blocked, old and needs replacement). Replace with new pipework. Total length approx 3.5m pipework. This currently has three 90 degree bends, which should be probably 45 degree bends. Pipe is under floorboards and joists, no need to disturb joists. Relevant floorboards already cut for access. Final section of pipe goes through foundation wall, direct into external main drain which runs right alongside the foundation wall. Probably best to leave this section in place and just ensure it has been rodded to make clear. Connection to macerator can be part of job (already in place and newish) or left for our self connection. I can supply rough diagram if helpful.

I have a shower mixer unit which has a jammed thermostat and it also causes the power shower motor to cut out intermittmently when the temperature starts to increase. I am going to buy a replacement shower mixer and need someone to come and install/plumb it in. It will be a like-for-like unit so no major replumbing should be required.
