I was contacted by 3 tradesmen and decided to go with Ajay. He was very friendly really knew what he was doing, what he was talking about and I found him to be a very genuine person. He also arrived on time. The job I asked him to do was a very complicated blockage in the bathroom of my loft conversion, which he resolved and everything was put back in place as it was without any damage. I am really pleased with the job he did and will definitely use him again without hesitation. I highly recommend him!

hi, we need a quote to install a combi boiler in our property (2 bed mid terrace), at present we have a old backboiler in place, there is enough space to install a combi boiler in the landing where the immersion heater tank is. we would like to get a quotation and to carry out work. im a sparky and i use rated people to get work on regular basis so i know the high cost of lead prices that you have to pay to get contact details only for that reason im placing our budget price low

Updated : Need someone to start ASAP. Preferrably Friday 26 Oct 2012 if possible. Original : Our boiler is not delivering hot water as it should. We have been advised that the wrong diameter copper pipes were used when it was fitted a few years ago. So we don't have hot water for showers and baths at the moment.

In the process of "tarting up" my house and want someone to quote for the jobs not day rates please: kitchen sink has slow intermittent leak which although not urgent needs looking at need advice re feasibility of replacing some bathroom tiles and installing a new heated towel radiator possible addition of hot water tap to downstairs toilet

My shower is only running cold water and does not seem to be heating up the water. I have a Topaz T80SI. I understand that if it is the thermostat is is more cost effective to replce, which i have no problem with, but am in need of advce on what good showers to buy and if i could get a power shower fitted.
