All the minor details were considered and additional work completed to ensure satisfaction. Will consider using for future work and highly recommend for a similar project. Great job!

Hi, I have a leaking shower, water is coming from the shower handle. The water is currently turned off at the mains due to the leak. I would like a plumber to come over ASAP to take out the old shower and replace it, possibly with an power shower.

We currently have a steam shower that has stopped working. We have bought a replacement (Insignia Brampton) and need someone to come in and build this (my partner is avilable to help if necessary) and make the required connections.

The bathroom repairs are required to proceed with insurance damage claim. A second trace and access has discovered issues under the bath with the waste pipe, taps & sealant. Water is dripping down from one of the pipes coming out of the Megaflow hot water tank. suspected pressure valve issue.

I can feel that there is moisture around the elements on my newly installed immersion heater and I just want to get it checked to make sure it is installed/insulated correctly... I need an evening appointment.
I am very happy with the service I received as the plumber was happy to accomodate me by coming to inspect the immersion heater in the evening to fit round my working hours. Work carried out seemed to be thorough and tidy plus at a reasonable price. I was reassured if there were any future issues he would come back to inspect the immersion heater again. Very nice chap and would definitely recommend work to others.

Hi, I've purchased a double sink and base unit from Ikea which I'm looking to be installed in place of a single unit sink in my bathroom. I believe that the sink taps and waste I have will probably require some additional parts to enable the installation to be completed. I'm requesting a labour cost with advice as to what parts are required to do the job.

I have a WRc-NSF water tank model classico 150. I have recently moved into the house and have no idea how to use this. There are 2 wall switches, one connected to a thermostat of some kind (combi written on it) and the other to a wall mounted lcd screen where you can turn on the hot water and central heating. I turned on the hot water this morning around 9 and now it's 12. I can hear water running so I went to go check and notice there is a black plastic connection between two pipes (a tundish?) that has water flowing through it (that you can see?!) which is hot? This makes a lot of noise and it doesn't seem to stop... how do I get it to stop? I've already turned both wall switches off...

There is water leaking through the floor in a large patch that covers part of the hall, lounge and one of the bedrooms, we are in a ground floor flat. Turning the water off at the mains has no effect on stopping the spread. No leaks can be seen behind any appliances in the kitchen or in the bathroom. It's a complete mystery! The wet patch is getting larger and we need assistance ASAP.
