My gas boiler hasn't had an annual service for 5 years and I would like one done. The boiler is a Potterton Suprimo,a 60 and is still fully operational but I would fee happier knowing it has been serviced by a fully qualified persion.
I was very impressed with the quick response I received from Monty, within minutes of posting the job. He arrived within the timescale he said he would, he was clean and tidy and checked everything thoroughly, explaining all the way through so now I feel confident that my boiler is safe to go through another winter. I would definitely recommend him to others and I will definitely use him again if I need a plumber, thanks Monty:-)

Change silicone around bath, water trap and connector, change washer under taps, fix new plastic bath panel and seal. Put waterproof membrane under bath to ensure that no subsequent leaks occur .
They turned up when the said they would and completed a satisfactory job at a decent rate.

Current Combi boiler is in Kitchen. Ideally I need the pipework chasing up the wall into the loft then boiler putting up there.

I brought a towel rail radiator to replace the current radiator in my bathroom. The radiator is wider than the existing one. Also I need a gas pipe checked in the kitchen for a new cooker installation.
Brilliant customer service and value for money all advice and options given in a clear and precise manner - no jargon and no unpleasant shocks. Future servicing requirements discussed with no pressure to have work completed asap. I have recommened him to all my friends and family and have no hesistation in recommending Tom to anyone looking for an expert plumber.

All electric two element immersion heater. Both elements (normal & economy 7) are not heating water satisfactorily. Labour & material quote to repair
Prompt response, advised me of a delay in arriving and overall I am extremely happy with the work done by a considerate. friendly team, Sean & John, who took care to protect my new floors and complete a difficult job of replacing both immersion heater elements in a very confined space. Definitely recommend.
