Budget Under £250

Job The temperature of my shower in my bathroom needs to be turned right up before we can get a decent heat. It does run warm, but worried it is eventually going to fail. The shower is connected to my boiler. We never had to turn the lever round so far before to get a decent heat.

Budget Under £250

Job I want an electric shower installed in my bathroom. I don't have a separate shower cubicle, the existing shower is over the bath.

Budget I'm not sure

Job have a shower which has problems with draining waste water away this is conected to the same pipe as the handwash basin and the water just backs up into shower basin and lies in the pipes which causes an awful smell it back flows from basin to shower and never seems to go anywere and eventually shower basin fills up with filthy smelly water thought i might need a saniflo pump but think existing pipe work in not so good seems a bit of a patch work job by last occupants want to know how best to remedy this or if i should just rip shower out and put one over the bath any advice would be most appreciated thanks
