not blocked, mechanism needs repaired or replacing
Pleasant, efficient and someone you feel comfortable with in your house.
Extremely important, as my mother is elderly and there are times I cannot attend. Good job at a reasonable price, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.
Quick response and although not able to attend at the time arranged for the next day, did ring and make alternative arrangements, keeping to them, still within 24 hour timescale.
