"He arrived on time. The job turned out to be more problematic than he anticipated, (non-standard diameters on my pipes) so it ended up being a 5 hour charge. This involved a trip to the plumbers merchant to buy materials. The job seems to be OK, but I don't know enough about plumbing to say with any confidence. I found it off-putting that he was constantly trying to negotiate more work he could do for me in the future while he was still clearly struggling with the job in hand. I don't want to give a bad rating because clearly there were problems in my case - which is unavoidable and can happen to anyone. But at this stage I just don't know enough to give a good rating. I hope that's helpful to those reading this."
