About 2 weeks ago I had a problem with loss of water from hot taps. this was found to be caused by an air lock and was fixed under an insurance policy. the immersion heater was not switched on when the water ran out but now after a couple of weeks of working fine it is not heating the water.
Daniel contacted me quickly and arrived early. He was polite and friendly and completed the job efficiently. The cost was about what I expected so overall a job well done.

We have a leaking cistern in the downstairs cloakroom (leaking from outlet underneath cistern, where the pipe goes down to the toilet basin), so we'd like that repaired please. In addition, it looks as though the shower in the main bathroom as given up the ghost, so we'd like someone to fit a new one for us (it's just an electric shower - not a power shower!). Thanks!
Can't fault these chaps. In fact, I'd go so far as to say that they're probably the most decent, hard-working and reliable workmen I've ever come across in 23 years of house-ownership! Fantastic value for money and they stayed until the job was done properly and to a high standard. 100% recommended! Thanks guys!

I have a new bathroom suite I would like installed.
At first I believed Graham was an amiable guy, and a competent plumber, however this view was quickly dispelled. Whilst Graham was by and large punctual, his time management of the job and his organisation was terrible. Graham told me he was a recently qualified plumber, however I now question this. Graham quoted £300 for a job including materials, after making numerous omissions and errors, Graham then tried to charge me £650! Even the most basic of tasks such as drilling holes where marks had been made for pipes were done incorrectly! Since asking Graham to leave (without finishing the job), I have spotted numerous errors, that quite frankly are appalling. An example of which was the valve system that I wanted fitted to feed the bath and the shower. The hot water pressure was very low and I began to look at the work that Graham had carried out. Clearly Graham can't read instructions, or understand the most basic of plumbing principles! He had plumbed the hot feed into the cold, and the cold into the hot! Not only did he initially quote a timescale of 2/3 days and a "parts included" price of £300, he then tried charging £650 after taking in excess of 5 days, and not even completing the job! Suffice to say I will never employ his services again, and I would urge strongly that if you are considering employing Graham, think carefully!! I employed the services of a plumber for ease, lack of stress and to get professional expertise. Graham left me very stressed, delayed the project by 8 days, and left me out of pocket, with numerous jobs that I have to correct due to his foolish mistakes. What also surprised me with Graham was his lack of organisational skills, on one particular day I am told he left the house 5 times to get different parts! Equally he purchased these at Homebase! Why did he not have a trade account for the plumb centre?? Overall I find it very hard to glean anything positive from my experience with Graham, I found myself getting more and more stressed and anxious about the project. What was effectively a simple plumbing job, turned into a small nightmare. I am now left with a number of jobs to correct his mistakes, this isn't acceptable in the slightest.

I would highly recommend Chas , he came and looked at the job that needed doing the same day he came up with a solution to fitting the toilet that no other plumber had thought of, carried out the work and was very thorough , clean tidy and considerate. He also came to my rescue the night before i was due to go holiday and had no hot water I phoned him and he came round in the evening and sorted it out for me. Fantastic service. I would definitley use him again.
