"Kev came into a difficult situation sorting out the mess left by a previous plumber and turned out to be a bit of a saviour! (a kind and courteous one at that). He had to finish jobs off that had been started poorly and/or incorrectly by someone else. He was always extremely helpful and went out of his way to put things right. I would say that he had a higher than average level of technical knowledge and went beyond expectations in finding out what he needed to know to solve problems. He was very fair indeed with costs and totally honest and reliable. If I wasn't happy with something or still had a problem he came back and sorted it out without a quibble. Like with all busy workmen it did seem to all get a bit rushed at the end but the poor man was here for weeks and was always at the end of an email or phone call. He had to put up with a perfectionist so he was put through the mill a bit but survived! He has a great sense of humour so if he's not smiling and joking you know its not going well! I would definitely use [COMPANY_NAME] again (infact he is still helping me out with the fallout from the last plumber) and I happily recommend their service to anyone else."
