"This guy may be a good joiner (I have no experience) but he is not a plumber. He fitted taps I supplied and left the job leaking under the sink. Two days later after exchanging texts he still had't come back. Had to sort it out myself as the leak got worse. No van and no business card - left me feeling unsure. I would usually do this stuff myself but been working hard and wanted to spend time with kids. So I ended up paying and having to take time of work to sort it out!"
