Leak in bathroom, not sure where. needs to be fixed as water coming up through laminate floor. Once problem is fixed will need a quote as the repairs to tiles, floor, shower etc will be covered by insurane

His quote was very reasonable and he even suggested ways which we could save money. He was always friendly, polite and punctual. toilets make a groaning sound when flushed, could be stop cocks or water flow. never used to do it so might even be limescale??

A straight-forward job but cheaper for me to get someone to drill the hole than for me to hire the kit to do it myself. Easy access, ground level, in brick-built new-build. Vented tumble dryer in garage needs 100mm hole. Please also quote additional cost to fit vent kit (supplied by me) - depending on cost I might just do this myself. I'm guessing that this would be a 15-minute job (more for fitting vent kit). Thanks, J

The have an ideal standard A3000 mixer shower installed, no water comes out at all when the hot water temp. is turned up. Hot water is not coming from the shower. A repair was done to the electric boiler a few months ago that includes a pressurised tank, I fear this may be linked.
