a couple of the joints have a small dripping leak in the cupboard where the water panel is.

I want all radiators fitted with a temperature thermostat, a bedroom radiator replaced and a bathroom Towel Rail fitted (I have already purchased the bathroom towel rail and want it connect where the existing radiator is)

Burst pipe in the bathroom plus 2 radiators leaking on ground floor
Problem with burst pipe in bathroom and 2 burst radiators
Chris and his assistant turned up promply, repaired the burst pipe, replaced the damaged radiators and had the heating working again that evening
- a first class job

i have an old fashioned plumbed house with a pipe leading downstairs through the bathroom, it has a pipe leading off it which is meaned to be for a radiator if i decided to install, it is switched off, Would it be possible to cut/trim/tidy up the excess bit of pipe and seal the edge of it or cap it? i would just like to tidy up bathroom, not sure exactly what i am asking for, sorry, i doubt it would be a difficult or expensive job to an experience plumber, thanks.
