Gordon Came on time seen what he needed to do, explained to me what had to be done,all sorted in just over an hour.Will use again and will tell my friends.Five Stars.

Recently we got the immersion heater fixed (never worked) but have noticed that since this the central heating system no longer provides hot water. We have turned radiators down/off, bled the radiators but still no hot water.
Phoned initially to set up an appointment, but didn't keep it or phone back. Had to arrange for someone to do the job. I cant comment on quality or value as we never got that far, but the system won't let me save my comments unless I rate at least 1 star.

upper floor waste pipe needs to be adapted to a 2" pipe. Small amount of pipe. not as big a job as it sounds. After our joiner has fitted units then new sink needs fitted.
I am not happy and will be taking it further to retrieve my overpayment to you for creating the water trap with the make shift waste. You charged me extra for this but the work was uncompleted by this work being incorrect and then asked me to pay extra for you to correct your mistakes. C.I.G.S and trading standards will be contacted.
