The hot water is fine in both the kitchen and at the wash basin in the bathroom. However, the temperature drops to little more than warm at the bath. We have mixer unit which feeds both the shower and bath.

1. Toilet cistern continually overflows. It takes many hours to reach overflow point. The problem appears to be the float arm valve. When the toilet is flushed a small jet of water sprays out from the joint which is not visible once the tank is near cut off point by the float arm. 2. Kitchen mixer taps leak a small amount of water at the base where it joins the sink unit when switched on. 3. Bathroom external waste pipe leaks (probably a joint) when hand basin is emptied.
Cistern replacement part successfully installed and leaking outdoor waste pipe fixed successfully on first visit. Parts replaced in kitchen taps did not fix leak. A crack in the pipe was subsequently spotted which necessitated a replacement mixer tap unit. This was successfully replaced on a subsequent visit. Inconsistent labour charges - £75 for 2.5 hours labour and parts for the first visit, £60 for 1 Hours labour for the second visit. Arrived on the appointed days but with some delay to the actual time.

i have an ideal boiler its flashing LF that means in the manual its a flame detection error..... when the boilers reset button is pressed down the boiler ignite for a short time then go's of would be great if someone could come out tomorrow

We have a back boilder at the moment and the gas fire has not worked for several years. We would like to have a new boiler fitted and have chosen an electric fire which needs to be inset into the wall.
Even though there were a few minor problems: i.e. the bathroom radiator did not work originally when the job was finished there were leaks on two radiators there was a leak at the back of the boiler one of the sockets had been broken and was left hanging off the wall the fire in the sitting room was not secured properly The workmen worked really hard and the problems were sorted out quickly.
