This proved to be a difficult job which needed quite a lot of parts renewing which he did and even went out to get a replacement part for the bathroom basin. This was a long job but he persevered and explained what the problem was and how he was going to put it right. At all times he was courteous and offered advice on other aspects of home improvement. He made sure that all taps and connections were working properly before he left and the working areas were left very tidy. A difficult job well done!"
