Toilet cistern overflowing when flushed - possibly needs new valve. Slight leak on overflow pipe leading out of the cistern. Generally the cistern and toilet are in good working order.
Heat source engineering responded quickly to a request for a small plumbing repair.The part was replaced efficiently ( and tidily) the next day. A very good response to what was just a small repair.Would definitely use again!

`1. Mains tap into house (under kitchen sink) difficult to open/close - cannot turn off to enable repair to: 2. Cold water side of mixer tap on bathroom washbasin jammed and if forced the whole unit comes off.
excellent service - very satisfied. Don explained what needed doing and why, each step of the way. Although the job was bigger than first thought, still only charged what he'd originally quoted. Will definitely use when we next need a plumber.

After raising a job to service our boiler I got a call within 10 mins from APN. I got a quote that I agreed with and he was available the next morning. Anthony arrived a little early, did the service with problems, gave some advice on my boiler and hob, and was away again leaving no mess and a full serviced boiler for another year. Would definitely use again and recommend.

Darren and his lads did an absolutley amazing job, great value for money, nothing was too much trouble for them, they did my cloakroom, main bathroom, and my en suite, could not be faulted on workmanship, and totally reliable. His lads where very curteous, and a joy to have in my home. would not hesitate to recommend them, will post photos, so you can judge for yourself.
