I have a Heatline c24 combi boiler in a rented property in Hexham. Another company has quoted me that the gas value on it needs replacing. I'm after a competitive quote and someone to start on the job immediately (get the part and install it) or early next week.
A good job well done. As a landlord who lives away from the area I am dependent on good tradesman. Gosforth Maintenance kept me in the loop and more importantly provided a competitive service. I didn't have to worry about the job and it was dealt promptly and effectively. Recommended and I have retained his details for future jobs.

Our overflow is constantly dripping. The only way to stop it is to run the hot tap then it starts again. Heating is by timed electrical immersion heater (can override). Also overflow dripping on to stone wall making wall damp - may need pipe adjustment. Water temperature seems far too hot.

Bedroom radiator been leaking for ? how long. Leak found downstairs in living room. Also would like quote for thermostatic valves on 13 radiators and repair of bleeding valve in one

Heritage have supplied me with 2 x flush kits of an updated design. They tell me that the cisterns need to be drained and removed from the pans to allow the compete replacement of the flush unit.
