"Although they were careful to take off shoes and be very tidy when they came to look at the job, they were less tidy when they worked, and stomped all over the bedroom unnecessarily in mucky boots. The work was OK, but the shower screen is installed upside down (not that it matters much), a water pipe has been slightly bent to fit the woodwork rather than woodwork be made to fit the plumbing, and, worst of all, the pull-switch was so badly fitted that it didn't work and they had to be called back. They obviously hadn't tested it after fitting. But it all works now, and it could have been a nightmare, which it wasn't."
