We had found it difficult to find somebody who would do a small job well - now found him and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him or give him work in the future. Thank you.Lorraine
Dishwasher is not cleaning properly - have replaced salt, rinse aid and cleaned filter multiple times but it is still not working. Dishwasher is at least 4 years old so would like someone to perform a quick assessment to see if it is worth repairing.
Overflow on roof leaking onto outhouse at back of house. Leak under sink in kitchen and changing over shower head and extensible brass hose in bathroom

Need a large curved towel radiator fixed to the bathroom plasterboard wall and connected to 10mm existing pipework which is currently blanked off. The radiator measures 60 x 174. The existing radiator has been removed.
I would also like a price for installing an electric shower to the upstairs bathroom.
Excellent value.
Very friendly and reliable.
A very good quality job.
A satisfied customer who will be recommending.
Had a number of extra jobs done. Shower and screen fitted, electric pump fitted to boost water pressure.colin
repair a stop tap that is leaking going to the cold water tap in the kitchen. Probably just a washer as its not an old building
Really good fast service and great attention to detail. Talked me through all the things as he was fixing it so I understood what needed doing. Would use again.,david
Keith is a very reliable and able tradesman. He was able to isolate and fix a leak in a very short time. I like his "can do" attitude and his ability to attend a fault at short notice. I have already recommended him to another person and have no problem in commended his work to other people, you will not be disappointed!Jeff
For the last two months I have had a plumber fit two new shower units one after each other and on each occassion, the unit had sprung a leak on the overflow. I am not sure whether this was due to manufacturing fault but since they were both different units, I am beginning to feel that the faults were due to fitting error.
Need someone to look into this and repair if required. If not I will buy a new unit to be installed.
Repairer knew exactly what was needed from the phone call. Frederick

Kitchen sink waste water pipe is blocked somewhere between the interior u-bend and exterior drainage pipe. Attempts have been made to clear the blockage with a 2 metre length of strong wire and drain cleaning fluid, to no avail. So need a professional to take a look and clear the blockage ASAP.

Updated : Having seen photos, I am less certain of source of leak and so think it may be plumbing issue, so changing category to plumber. Original : We have leak from bathroom into hall below - I suspect seal round bath is the problem (used with a shower above).
small job but would like to get it done quickly.

The water pressure has dropped to a dribble on our shower, which is fed from the boiler, and the pump is making a squeaking noise when the shower is on. I think it is an issue with the shower pump.

A new sink unit is required in the kitchen and a leak to be fixed in the downstairs toilet (probably a new ballcock) In the bathroom upstairs a new shower unit needs to be installed plus a leaking toilet needs to be fixed, more severe than downstairs (possibly a new cistern.) Also a leak in one of the pipes which has recently caused water to ruin the bathroom floor, so possibly a new floor. Also maybe one or two taps. There is also intermittent leakage from the outside overflow pipe.

We have WC that won't flush, a hot water tap that doesn't turn on, think the washer needs replacing, and there is a loud noise when the other WC is flushed.
