Toilet cistern wont stop filling and the isolation valve leaks when turned to the off position.

Kitchen tap is leaking. It is a Springflow mixer tap with an attached filtered water fitting. The water is leaking from the top of the tap on to the sink area. It may just require new O rings or a complete new tap.

Refit a toilet after floor has been retiled, fix two old style dripping taps, one dripping mixer tap, one leaking kitchen mixer tap and one leaking radiator valve.

I had a water leak from the bathroom, I fixed replacing the last part of all the pipes. I have now really low pressure on the cold water so it need to be better done by an expert.
I will remove the sink, open the wall and remove the pipes that I substitute.
A plumber should reinstall the new pipes, close the wall and install the sink.
Precise and clean job was done in my bathroom

We have a couple of small jobs. We have radiators with thermostatic valves and one is leaking and we can't seem to tighten it up. We also have a pipe which used to go to a gas fire that has been capped off which we would like to get rid of so we'd need a Corgi registered plumber for that job.
Rob was able to come and give an estimate and do the work at very short notice which was great. He did the work very efficiently. We only got the one quote in the end so I am not sure how to rate him on value for money - the cost didn't seem cheap, but as he was able to do the work quickly we accepted the price.

Problems with 2 WCs. First one, the flushing mechanism sticks open after each flush and has to be manipulated closed. Second one, the valve is leaking and is constantly dripping into the cistern.
