I'm not sure
Lot of black sludge in system, was recommended powerflush needed. Engineer couldn't say whether pump and/or valve were damaged but noted they might need replacing.
Came over to price the job, ended up giving me free advice on how to tackle it myself, and even gave further advice over the phone later when I got stuck. Real honest tradesman, thanks again!

A pipe outside the flat is leaking (the overflow pipe?!).
Fantastic service! He phoned stratight away, was around the next day and sorted the problem. I found him to be trustworthy and honest and I would recommend him

TRV installed last year started leaking. Plumber who fitted it came over to fix it, but got as far as taking off the valve and has not returned, nor is he answering or returning my calls. Now we are without central heating until someone refits the TRV. Everything is in place, just needs a new nut and olive apparently, so should be a very quick job. I can send pictures of the joint.

My Power shower is working intermittently. It works OK for a while then sometimes when we switch it on at the shower head there is no pump operation. Yesterday the pump made a noise but with no water flow. We have had a problem over the last couple of years with the pump making a noise when not switched on at the shower head, we then have to switch off at the switch. It is a Mira shower and New Team pump.

This will require the supply and installation of an ensuite (shower, toilet and sink), plumbing to supply water to this, and soil pipe connecting to an existing drain. The ensuite does not currently exist, and will be a section of the existing bedroom. We have an approximate design for the work, but this will need to be validated. Will also require appropriate tiling, decorating, flooring.
