My hot tap keeps 'running dry' ie there is nothing coming out of it. the cold tap supply is fine. The emersion tank seems full?
Only used once and not a local trader, but turned up on time, did the job required and was friendly and helpful.

Our building is three stories and converted into flats. The waste pipe that serves three of the flats' kitchens was partly fitted by builders as part of the work undertaken by one of the owners. They then left in a dispute with the owner. It is fixed to the building but the outlets from the kitchens have not been fitted to it.
Because the outlets have not been fitted, kitchen waste pours straight out onto the roof of the building below. Also the sections of the pipe have not been joined properly and leak.
The management company of the building is now assuming responsibility since the flat owner has not completed the work. The waste outlets need to be fitted to the pipe and the joins need to be sealed properly.
This needs doing ASAP as the accumulated waste is turning into a health hazard.

change shower: it is built in and too tall. one option would be to have mixer taps but the taps are fitted very close to the wall thus looking for alternatives. rubber sealant on shower screen doesn't work. Is it possible to have a power shower even though I have a combi boiler?

Our radiators downstairs take a long time to heat and sometimes they dont come on at all. We have an old boiler however we always have piping hot water and the raidators upstairs are always hot. We also have underfloor heating and a heated twoel rail in our bathroom, neither of which have worked this winter.
