Require fitting of a booster pump in the airing cupboard by the hot water tank, to feed the hot and cold water supply in the bathroom in the adjacent room. This is mainly for the mixer shower. Will also require electrical connection. Location OX18 postcode.
Gave experienced advice over the phone, arrived when he said he would, excellent communication before and during the job, price was as agreed. Appreciated the good advice and honest approach, now have the most awesome shower! Would definitely use their services again, couldn't recommend them highly enough. Many thanks!

My Electric shower no longer runs hot, except on very high setting where the output in minimal. The shower stopped working this morning and tripped the fuse for the whole house. I think the heating element is broken and it may need a repair, or more likely a new shower fitted. I'm not sure if I need an electrician or plumber or both.

The thermostat in 2 showers not working. Am told it may be possible to replace the cartridge if it can be sourced. if not i will need to replace 2 shower units. Both same model, and are electric showers

Hot water tank has a boost and an economy 7 setting - the boost isn't working. The hot water pressure on my bath is very low in the morning (barely a drip at times). My eleric shower has been dripping from the unit.
Excellent - very reliable and I'm very happy with the job done. Very good value as well. I'd highly recommend Oxplumb.

Faulty shower pump. Pump stays on even if shower not being used (we turn pump off at mains for safety reasons). Pump does cut out after a short amount of time used. We now use shower without pump (were not sure if its safe to use). Would like a quieter pump fitted. Also had a sink fitted in kitchen by an incompetant plumber - would like new tradesman to check it over please as it leaks.
The plumber turned up at exactly 9:30am as promised. Fitted the shower pump and extra piping also checked over and amended the faulty kitchen sink that was fitted by a different plumber (not from this web site). We now have a fully working power shower and sink. '[COMPANY_NAME]' come highly recommended. We will call on him again when we require a plumber / heating engineer in the future.

Remove old tiles and bathroom suite and en suite. Replace like for like.
Unfortunately the fitting of our bathroom and en suite has been a drawn out and painful experience, with endless examples of poor workmanship and an inability to project manage the whole job. What was quoted as a two week job took in excess of five weeks. We are already experiencing problems only two months after completion. This is in the form of a leaking bathroom sink that clearly has a glued together seal which should never have been put on. I would have to question whether the 12 month guarantee given would indeed be honoured, as to put it simply you canâ??t get hold of Mr Gannon. The final present we were left with was a skip ordered by Mr Gannon and left on our drive for some five weeks after completion. The skip company would not remove it as the account was still to be settled. Its removal only took place after consultation and involvement of a solicitor. Would I recommend this company? Mmmm what do you think?

Unsold Job, Updated Details : We are moving into a Park Home on Wed 20th March which currently has a Walk In Disabled Bath in the bathroom. We have purchased a Victoria Plum Shower Cubicle while in the sale (we are a retired couple) which we would like installed in place of the Bath. We shall also need a new Toilet and Sink, which we would like the plumber who takes on this job to supply and fit. We are presuming that a budget of £500 is suitable to remove the bath, install the shower which we already have and supply and fit a toilet and sink. We are willing to negotiate the cost. Original : Revamp of a bathroom in a mobile home.. I have purchased a complete shower unit and heated towel rail. Now need a plumber to remove the walk-in bath and replace with shower unit. Install a new toilet and sink. The shower will need to be located where the toilet is currently sited!

Unsold Job, Updated Details : Don't really know what else to say. It is a 15 year old boiler and is leaking and needs replacing and I would like some quotes to compare. At present only have one quote from a company in Worcester but would ideally like the job done by some one more local We have a quatro gold at the moment in a cupboard at the top of the stairs and it has a vertical flue. We are just looking for a replacement. We have recently changed 8 of our existing 11 radiators so do not require a complete system but realise a flush would be necessary. The dimensions are irrelavant as the cupboard is wide enough and tall enough to take a bigger or smaller boiler than we have at the moment. Original : Replacement combi boiler 4 bed house.
