Replacement of leaking kitchen tap, tap has been purchased. I was going to do myself, but having had a look it looks a little more difficult than i first thought.

Downstairs toilet has broken, and flooded the flooring. I think the insides of the cistern need replacing. when flushed the handle pulls up the plastic peg, and it doesn't drop back down, now the ball arm has broken as well. would like some quotes, and to be done before christmas if possible

Ball valve in cold water tank won't shut off completely. On maximum adjustment. Overflow runs if no hot water drawn for 2/3 days.
Responded promptly and carried out the repair efficiently and cheaply. Would use again.

sink tap wont grip to turn on i think a new tap is needed
work was carried out well and tradesperson was polite and tidy,however i was unhappy the money was taken from my account before the work was finished dispite being told it would not be taken until i was happy with the work.this would make me think hard before using them again.

Out of the overflow pipe, dripping into my front garden is a trickle of water. We've had a lot of work done on our house recently following an escape of water. When the the water was switched off then back on last week, it started overflowing. Apparently it needs a new "arm"? However our insurance paid builders wouldn't do the work as it is "general wear and tear".

One of the pipes under the sink has been leaking which was discovered when the bottom fell out the cupboard! Can't see what is leaking but think I've turned off pipe to washing machine. I have said within 2 days but in reality Wednesday, Thursday or Friday next week (8th, 9th, 10th) we can be at home. As well as the leak, we would like a quote to extend the piping to accommodate a dishwasher (not to be done at same time)

I have a problem with a dual button flush concealed cistern. When I flush it the wc flushes normally but instead of the water stopping it continues to dribble into the bowl and the cistern does not fill up. If I open up the unit and wiggle the various bits it stops, but something is clearly sticking and preventing the inlet from shutting off properly. I can't get in to have a proper look at it without removing the taps, sink and worktop. I would like the cistern fixed at a reasonable price. I can send photos if they will be helpful.

We'd like to convert a bedroom into a bathroom and have posted a job to do the whole lot but have not had much response. Our other option is to get a bathroom supplier to do the installation but we'd then need to get the plumbing ready. This posting is just do the plumbing work, which includes the installation of a new soil pipe then but if you are interested in the whole job then please contact me also.
