(We're not looking for a fixed price quote on this, just a reliable person who understands what he/she's doing and whose rates are reasonable.)
We need the insulation on our pipes and tanks carefully checked over and replaced where necessary. Most of it is in the loft with reasonable access. We've had problems with mice chewing the insulation, though they've now been dealt with. The lagging on the tanks needs carefully tidied up.
The other thing is that the lid on the cold water tank isn't sitting on the top very securely and actually fell into the tank during the summer. The tank is hard up against a joist and I think it just needs a bit of work to make it more secure.
We may have some installation work coming up in the future.
