Budget Under £100

Job Toilet flush is weak and requires the handle to be "pumped" to clear the pan. ALSO bath tap washer requires to be replaced/adjusted.

Comment Toilet syphon required replacing but I am unconvinced it has made any improved performance of flush.(Time & used will tell!) Did not go ahead with bath tap washers replacement as quoted £55!! Engineer very helpful and friendly. Phoned in about an hour before arrival. Disappointed only got one response/quote. Hoped for 3 so I had a choice. Robin
