Lee is very reliable. He attended within an hour of calling. Great workmanship and standard of work done. Found the leak straight away and didn't waste no time in the repair. Very friendly would highly recommend him to everyone who is in need of a plumber.

Repair outside gutters, fit new taps; fit extractor fan in bathroom.
Lee went out of his way to be helpful. Re-fitting the gutter was an awkward job, involving balancing on shed roofs and a close encounter with a holly tree. Did extra work in stabilizing the bath, for no extra charge. Unlike our immediately local tradesmen, he came on the right day, and finished the jobs to our complete satisfaction. He left no mess. Went on Rated People to find a local plumber. I had a small problem with leaking pipe. HLA got in touch within 1/2 an hour and was at my home in the next hour. Very helpfull guy and fixed problem. Also very reasonable price.

We have the materials already and need to employ someone to do the installation of the kit. The area to be tiled is probably about 6 sq.metres and the shower enclosure is 1000 x 800. The shower pump is a double one so needs to be connected to the second shower as well!
Kington Bathroom Installations have so far provided a very professional and courteous service to my parents for whom the work has been commissioned. The job is to be completed this week after which time I will be very happy to complete my ratings of the company.

Very very happy with the work completed, all finished to a high spec and looks fabulous. Have asked Les to come back and do more work for us already.

Can't comment on the value or quality of his work as we didn't get that far! He seemed really keen and knowledgeable when he quoted but then the weekend before job start we didn't recieve any communication as promised. Then despite us ringing and leaving a message for him the night before and first thing of the agreed day. He eventually rang about 11am saying he was sick and could make it for 2pm! It's not the reliable service we expected.

Renovation of bathroom to include installing new shower bath,toilet and washbasin with vanity unit. Tiling to be removed and new tiling around bath and sink. Install ladder radiator instead of present solid radiator. Involves mving position of bath,toilet and sink.
Chris was very helpful before and during the work. Was able to start twhen I needed without long wait. Started and finished work in agreed timescale and was quick and efficient. Kept me informed of any problems during the bathroom fitting and solved any of the problems. I would recommend him and would use him for any further work
