"A Tibbot was efficient, good value, relatively tidy and did a good job. My only comment is that when he installed a light fitting he obviously accidentally broke one of the clasps and tried to glue it together - nothing seriously wrong with that. Only a few days after he had finished the light fell onto the bathroom smashing into many pieces, luckily noone was using the bathroom or was hurt at the time. I would recommend Andrew to others but would urge him to not try and hide a small matter like this, which could so easily have become more serious."
