"Seemed like a good bloke. Arranged a day for the work to be done, got mother in law to be at our house. Claims to have turned up and found no one in, but was someone there all day.Obviously didnt try very hard to be heard, or return a bit later. Arranged another date , between 8.30 and 9, and due to a poor mobile reception i received a message at 11 a.m left at 9.05 asking if anyone was in. it had been made perfectly clear we would be in, and i rang and left a message at 11 saying there had been someone there all morning as we had arranged. Just seems to me that there was a lack of common sense on his part, and after he didnt turn up as arranged the second time it makes me wonder if he even turned up the first time. Despite my message left at 11 a.m i had no reply. I left the landline number but never had a reply. I arranged two dates, both of which i organised people to be there for the entire day and never saw him. There was no need to ring to see if i would be in the second time, we had arranged it quite clearly, and common sense should have told him that the mobile had no reception as it didnt even ring. Instead of turning up as arranged he just didnt bother, and hasnt bothered since.Thats five we have tried and probably not going to bother now, would be easier to get the sistein chapel repainted. Why cant people just turn up as arranged? "

"The repair man found us at our cottage in a remote location and proceeded to evaluate our problem. It transpired that we didn't in fact need a new cold water tank, but that the pipes had been blocked by insulating material which jammed the pipes. I thought the repair man did a brilliant job and would recommend him. I will ask him to carry out repairs for us again, as and when required."
