We have a modern cistern with inbuilt overflow. The flush sometimes stays flushing letting water run into bowl. Also occasionally the fill valve seems to leak with a spurt. Nothing dangerous but i think both devices need replacing.
Brilliant service. Quoted over the phone. arrived on time. Did the job cheerfully. Very tidy worker, even the loo mat was lined up properly. Will use Kimo again without reservation.

One has exisiting plumbing which would need renewing the other is not currently used as a bathroom. price to include labour cost of installing bathrooms and tiling plus cost of pipework and fittings etc - not to include cost of bathroom or cost of tiles etc. Walls to be tiled inside shower only - flooring not needed. New soil stacks and toilets would need to be installed and connected into the mains sewer. Current soil stack is 1 meter from where a new stack would need to be installed. Connecting onto existing stack is not possible due to chinmney breast being in the way! Photos can be provided on request. Timing: ASAP

I require a large radiator replacing with a smaller one at a different position. The pipes are already there and it is an outside wall so has good wall to fix to.
