The waste pipe from my kitchen sink leading outside is backing up and water is appearing around the pipe where it enters the ground. The sink still drains (although slowly).

Inside water cut off tap badly leaking under the sink. The only way to stop the leaking currently is to shut off water to whole house. Not sure if it needs anew stop cock or if the pipe is split but need someone to look at it and fix ASAP.
