Leaking toilet I have a problem with two of the toilets in my property
Toilet 1. straight forward leak from incomming water pipework - appears to be at fill / float entry to cistern - (isolated at moment on local isolator valve)
Toilet 2. Leak on cistern or entry water pipework ( isolated at moment on local isolator valve) - the problem is access is very restricted through bath side panel as the cistern is built in behind tile work. The source of the leak is visible The source of the leak is not easily accessible

The hot water tap in the Gents toilets needs replacing
The item to be repaired is easily accessible
Install tap(s) I want an outside tap fitting from the kitchen tap pipework which is inside the wall I want the installation on. The under sink pipework has a spare outlet for cold water that could be utilised.
The under sink pipework may also need 'tidying up'. Pipe work will need to be installed

Rusted tank approx 40 litres, steady drip but cannot locate a hole from which the water is escaping although by the look of the deterioration in the inside of the tank could be anywhere. I have emptied the tank and tied up the ball valve to stop it refilling and turned off the central heating. Appears a new tank is required.
