Job 1/ upgrade shower system, upgrade sink, 2/ also replace 6 central heating radiators, all main items are on site, ready for fitting, some small items for fitting will be required, we have been let down and require a qualified tradesman , to work on labour please,

Job Retaining water pipe has come away from the wall so new brackets required to re-fix and attach to the guttering. Property is a town house so longer ladders required for the job.

Job The bath overflow pipe is leaking at the flexi joint. Unable to stop the dripping, onto the floor boards, now leaking into dining room wall.

Budget Under £250

Job We require TRV's installing on the 6 downstairs radiators. Upstairs are Pegler Terrier II White models and we would like them to match. While the system is drained I would also like it flushing out and an inhibitor added to the water.

Comment I received 3 quotes for the job rating from £450 to £150. Marks quote was the cheapest but the service was fantastic, great guy to talk to and he is happy to pass on his knowledge of the system. All done within a few hours with hardly any mess and I'm fully confident that he has done a thorough job. Being Corgi registered really did persuade me to use him and he has a full knowledge of all plumbing systems etc. Will be recommending him to friends and have already asked him to quote on another job!
