"Simon did a great job on our central heating. Despite the scale of the job, which turned out to be bigger than anticipated, Simon was undaunted. The system took a bit of balancing but he was happy to come back a couple of times to get it right, which was all the more impressive since he lived an hour away and worked alone. His perseverance and skill are a credit to him. Distance, traffic and the burdens of running the business on his own meant that Simon didn't always arrive quite when he said he would but he often stayed late to make up for it. Simon is a genuine, trustworthy and likeable guy and we would recommend him. "
