Remove / cover old woodchip. Form shower cubicle, Coram type tray [ie rim so gravity prevents leaks], shower, door / curtain. Tile throughout. All in white fittings which will be matchable in future, eg white. Prefer plumber to supply fittings but I can if necessary.
Minor repairs elsewhere in house - taps etc.
Took a thorough approach and saw the job through even though it lasted longer than expected. I will be asking him to quote for further work. Graham
Take out old back boiler and hot water boiler,
Supply and install new combination boiler and replace radiators where needed.
The property is a 2 bedroom mid terraced compact property.
To fit a local waterheater to supply my kitchen and bathroom. I have no gas supply so the heater must be electric so the supply must be checked. The job will also involve the removal of the existing hot water supply tank and immersion heater.
Fit the new bath and shower screen plus a new bar mixer shower. Fit the new basin and toilet. Also box in some messy pipe work.
we need a shower taking out and a bath putting in 1000 by 1000
I'm not sure
I need an industrial masorator fitted to replace the one we have, and would like an electric water heater to use for one of the wash basins in the salon, and maintance on my existing water tank.
I'm not sure
No major fittings, bathroom tap is gold with a white inset, old fashioned style but modern fitment.
Possibly would like regrouting of shower too
Drip from back of heater (not from back wall) every three seconds. Taken front off but the leak appears to be coming from a pip at the back and about six inches up
install electric shower in en suite, and an under sink 15l storage heater.
