Budget I'm not sure

Job New valves (+thermostatic) to 12 radiators. Also, re-fit downstairs toilet following floor tiling.

Comment Reliable and polite tradesman who has installed thermostatic radiator valves throughout the house. All in working order with no leaks. However, some confusion over what we agreed the scope of work was which was partly my fault for not asking for the quote in writing. Be clear about what you want and get your quotation and scope of work in writing and I'm sure that this tradesman will provide you with an excellent service. John
