Need a leaking toilet replaced and a new toilet fitted. Also two sets of washers replacing in bath and sink taps in the bathroom.
Asked for a toilet to be repaired and fixed to the floor with a new seat fitted. The toilet was leaking at the back.. It still has a leak where the seal is worn at the back of the toilet, but it's leaking much less and is fixed to the floor with a new seat on it. I was recommended that I have a new toilet fitted, but asked for a repair instead.

leaking tap under sink and also outside tap is leaking
This guy was fantastic no sooner had I placed the ad he rang and with in 3 hours was on my job priced he quoted was the price we paid. Thanks for a great job will use this chap again, Can't believe it superb.

We have a mixer tap / hand held shower tap attached to the bath
When turning on the (hot) tap the tap unscrews right off and the water gushes out where the tap head was ...not out of the tap itself
I think a thread or washer may have gone but I dont know enough to be sure
The tap has hardly ever been used but it may have been tightened too tight too often by our cleaner
Timing: ASAP

toilet doesnt want to flush have to pump the handle several times

removal, bath over head electric shower, sink and toilet, replace wc, relocate new position sink. install shower tray and electric shower, replace radiator new floor.posble tiling

Unsold Job, Updated Details : Our shower is running hot and cold and failing to reach full temperature. I initially thought it may be a problem with the combi-boiler but this has been checked by a Baxi technician who confirmed the boiler was not at fault. So it may be a plumbing issue, the techincian thought it may be related to the fact our hot and cold water runs from a single tap in the kitchen and bathroom sinks.
