As above. We have just moved into this house, and need some repairs. Outside tap has been conncted in past, so most of pipework in place, though one small section has been removed. It has no stopcock, which might be useful internally, to isloate tap and prevent freezing in winter. Sink tap in kitchen is currently very stiff and awkward to use. We have bought a new one from Ikea but would prefer someone who knows what they're doing to instal it!
Vlad was quick to quote, came punctually the following day and worked a long, hard afternoon for a very reasonable rate. He did an unexpectedly-difficult job calmly and with good humour, and tidied/cleaned up completely afterwards. I would definitely recommend Vlad: great work!

I would like to move at least three radiators from their current positions along walls so that they are placed under the windows instead. It is one radiator per room. Potentially there are more effective and modern radiators on the market, and if that is the case I might upgrade to the newer type (depending on the cost). I like the flooring in the rooms, so I would appreciate a very careful re-fitting of the radiators.
A very good job! George x 2 and James moved three radiators from wall-positions to under-window positions and also installed a new boiler. They gave a very good quote, and they also dismantled an old watertank in the loft for free. Very good value for money!
