Hi, we have a Mira Sport shower which is on the blink. Water is still coming through but not heating up so it may be something to do with the thermostat. We'd like the shower repaired or replaced, if required. Ideally, we'd like it fixed as soon as possible, this weekend would be ideal.
Top quality job. Turned up when they said they would, left no mess and did a really job. Happy to recommend.

A new electric shower to be installed, replacing the old shower. The new shower has different inlets to adapt to current configuration so shouldn't be too big a job.
Good job installing an electric shower, and fixing a groany toilet (weird I know!). Steve was honest and friendly - would use again.

I have no idea of budget, but needs to be carried out as it is a final requirement of me receiving a completion certificate from the council for my house extension. An existing downpipe needs to be extended so that it is situated 18 inches below ground level and didperses into a manhole in the drive. Work requires to be approved by council as will need to be detailed to an architect who will be producing drawings for the council. Text me during the day as my mobile dies not have good reception at my work, or call my mobile after 6pm.

We are in the middle of a boiler installation but our gas engineer has taken sick and can't complete the job before we move into our house. He's okay'd us to have someone else complete it. Work must take place 17/01/12 or 18/01/12. There's not much left to do: Bring the gas into the flat (1st floor - approx 10m of pipe required) and connect into pipework that the original plumber has already laid. Boiler is fitted and pipework is almost complete. Just need to run the condense and hot and cold to taps (1m from boiler). All radiators are fitted except one - pipework is in place, it just needs connected up. Gas hob needs connected up. Boards are still up. All seals will need checked when the system is filled as you would expect. There may be a couple of other smallish things but you could view the job before committing. The water pipework is plastic. Boiler is a Worcester Greenstar 30si. You will need to supply remaining pipework - copper for gas, anything else that's missing. This job pays (a completely non-negotiable) £520. I will pay for the cost of materials BUT in return for your labour, I will build a website for you and help you with search engine placement, marketing etc. Basically, I'll do everything to give you a professional presence on the web which will help you gain jobs over your competition. I've ran out of money during the rennovation of my flat and am therefore offering my web design services over the Christmas and NY period (when I am supposed to be on holiday from my web design business) in return for your labour. The website will include the domain name of your choice, full design, 2-4 pages, hosting on my server. I normally charge £500-£1000 depending on the size. The plumbing required is: removal of a large old sadia water cylinder (you can take this away) and all associated pipe work. Water pipe to the shower to be sunk into the wall. Low-level toilet and sink to be installed. Slight re-jig of the bathroom pipework to the sink to hide behind the pedestal. Easily less than a day's work.
