Fitting of Cloakroom Suite.
I would like my cloakroom suite, that I have already purchased, fitted. My old suite has already been removed. There is also a pipe for an outside tap that would need moving slightly. There won't be any tiling, just the straightforward fitting please.
Very happy with his work, pleasant manner & on time!Paula
fitting a bathroom suite, taps and wastes. Removing old suite and old shower pipes. Removing kitchen sink. Installing inset sink, taps and waste pipes. Installing pipework for dishwasher. Installing new waste pipe to include drainage for washing machine and dishwasher .
Graham was punctual , friendly and professional I would certainly use him again and recommend him to my friends .Margaret

overflow pipes from the water tank in the loft start dripping if the hot water is not used for several hours. Think that the ball valve needs to be replaced
Excellent, arrived on time and completed the job quickly. Very polite and tidy would use again.Amanda
The shower has been working perfectly but one of the wires melted inside the box which has stopped it working - hence the replacement shower box only
James couldn't have been more helpful. He came a long way to install my shower and I was very impressed - I would not hesitate to recommend him to others. He was clean, tidy and polite - well worth the money.

I require a cold water feed for a US-style fridge freezer.
This will require t-ing off from the cold water supply for the washing machine (2 metres away) and running either under the floor or up through the walls and down again, as the fridge is on the opposite side of a very small utility room.
Top job, turned up when he said, very reasonable and will definitely use again. Highly recommended.Tom
Hello,
I am looking for quotes for two related jobs. Depending on how much the second job is likely to cost, I might defer it to later - so please give me individual as well as combined quotes for both jobs, explaining if it might be cheaper to do both at the same time.
Firstly, I would like to install plumbing for a washing machine in the garage of a house that I am about to complete on. The garage is adjacent to the kitchen (with the wall between them and a single door) and there is an existing water pipe available for the sink (which is against the outer wall of the house) within two metres of where I would like to have the washing machine. The piping is likely to have to go through the wall between the garage and the kitchen.
I would like a quote for the job including materials, please.
As a second issue, I am also considering having a simple sink installed in the garage adjacent to the plumbing for the washing machine. I would like hot and cold water available for this sink.
I would like a quote to do this job at the same time as the washing machine plumbing installation, please. Please mention which materials are included in the quote and what I would have to buy first and provide to you during the job.
Many thanks for your time.

The leak appears to be coming from the around the plughole. When water drains it runs down the outside of the pipework and into the void between kitchen ceiling and the bathroom floor.
