Have a thermostatic bar shower mixer which is only producing cold water all the time. It was installed by a professional plumber in April 2012, so it's less than a year old. Could it be that the thermostatic cartridge needs changing already or is it a water pressure issue? Would appreciate some advice and a plumber who can fix the problem.
He was very prompt and reliable. Was the first to quote for the job. Repaired shower mixer effectively and quickly.

Require estimate for installation of small radiator in dining room. The previous radiator was removed during an alteration and pipework cut off/hidden above (in ceiling!). Needs to be looked at!!
Rob fits the Ronseal description 'does what it says on the tin'!! Arrived when scheduled, did the job, cleaned up. Returned promptly to fix a very minor problem. Job done comfortably within my budget. Very happy with the work and would use Rob again.

Boiler service and Gas safety certificate. Boiler pressure needs topping up.
Boiler Service and gas safety check. Friendly, helpful and good attention to detail. As part of the fixed payment for this work, a faulty joint on the Flue pipe that meant some water was dripping down was spotted by them and fixed too. They also kindly showed me how the water pressure top up works. Would be very happy to use them again.

The hot water shut off value for the kitchen sink, which can be adjusted by a screwdriver, appears to have failed. When trying switch off last night, the value was squirting out a constant stream of water. I've had to switch off the main water supply to prevent kitchen cupboard being flooded. There dont appear to be any other leaks other than this
Service was 110% and value for money considering time spent on the job. Honest & trustworthy I would definitely recommend their service. Vic was also an extremely intersting to chat too. Thank you ...Russell Duckworth

tiny hole in a leaded pipe form mains to garage (above the garage floor). Can it be soldered to stop the leak?
Very pleased with Danny from DC Plumbing who came over firstly when i wanted a quote and then the next day to complete the job. I have no issues with the work and the quote seemed fair (even though I had nothing to compare it to). I would certainly use DC Plumbing again.

2 bristan thermostat showers powered from monsoon 2.0 pump which has been serviced. But intermittent hot, cold and in between. Possible problem with the cartridges,I rent it out. And has been empty six months.
