Metal pipe to ball has broken off and is just floating round tank in loft.
I was contacted soon after getting in touch with Rated People. The plumber came within a couple of hours with the parts needed for the job. He was polite and friendly and the job was done efficiently to a very high standard.

OUTSIDE TAP AND PLUMB WASHING MACHINE
A job I put off for about 4 months when a cold water pipe joint burst in the garage and I made a temporary repair, Mark sorted in about 15 minutes! Wish I'd found him sooner! Made it look so simple, made me think I could have done it myself....BUT it 's nice to have the guarantee of a good tradesmans' expertise and reliability in times of need. JOB DONE! all neat and tidy and secure now. Kitchen tap next job to complete. Will definitely use him again.

water not heating from boiler but radiators OK. Immersion heater heats water OK.
Had to chase a little to confirm appointments, but otherwise did a good job, gave good advice and was flexible to meet our needs. Tidy, polite and thorough at a fair price. Would use again.

Brand new dishwasher and older washing machine not emptying. Dishwasher waste pipe installed correctly, no blockage in filter or pipe. Not sure what cause of problem is

Cistern leaking from overflow pipe. When full, water leaks into bathroom and out of overflow pipe. Intermittent leak noticed from downstairs toilet. Also require quote to install power shower.
Highly recommended. Did everything quickly and went all over the place to get the correct part. Will use again....
