A leaking tap in a downstairs loo.
Quick to respond, punctual and polite. Ours was a small job, only took 20 mins to repair, so were caught out by a £50 minimum fee. We understand this, we are happy and would definitely use again.

Replace one bedroom radiator with a slightly larger one. Existing rad is 960mm x 430mm double. Size of replacement is 1400mm x 600mm. Wickes do a double for a £100 but have not purchased yet. Also replace small amount of pipework to reconnect new radiator. Plenty of space between window sill and skirting. No lifting floor etc . Everything is exposed. It gets v hot so system ok. Est. 1 hour max but unsure about time to bleed system afterwards. Please quote with and without supply of radiator.

I have a pipe / compression joint with a small leak behind a plasterboard stud wall in a downstairs cloakroom. I need a piece of plaster board cut and removed to access the pipe.The leak / pipe repaired. The plaster board section replaced and made good.
A very friendly individual who kept me well informed and I would definitely use him again.

The tap requires a washer as it is leaking onto the work surfaces.
Despite being unable to fix the problem at source on the first call out Paul offered us some good advice and promptly was able to order, collect and fit the parts as required. This was all in the face of a stinking cold which would have rendered most people bed ridden. Would recommend without question.

Leak from T-joint close to main stopcock under kitchen unit. Appears to have been leaking for some time as pipes are encrusted. First floor flat - leak is affecting neighbours by seepage through concrete floor. Also slight leak from mixer tap in kitchen sink.

Heatrae Sadia Electric shower not working properly - cuts out after a few moments with 'low flow' warning.
Albert was a really nice chap, did a great job fitting a new shower when our old one packed up. He was very good at making sure we got exactly what we wanted, was a very neat worker and was reliable with his time keeping. I'll definitely use him again and would have no hesitation in recommending him to a friend.

Would like a quote for this work and for you to check out our water pressure and pwoer shower and advise what needs doing and the price or this in addition to the radiators that are a must for us. Please leave me a voicemaill and I will come back to you.

Main water supply cannot be shut off due to faulty valve. (THere is no water main outside as someone concreted over it). Main supply is in wall and cannot be clamped so water board advice is someone must freeze it (there is some pipe where stopcock is) and then replace valve.
Incredibly prompt, polite and tidy in his work. Found creative solutions to a tough plumbing problem and worked quickly. Great price and great service. Will definitely use again for any plumbing needs.

Pipe from toilet to floor is now dripping periodically. Appears to be from seal of lower edge of pipe.
Called and organised promptly. Came exactly when promised. Found the cheapest solution to solve the problem and did so very quickly. Would use again.
