Refit an understairs cloakroom toilet.
1. Remove existing toilet..currently concreted in. (Note: soil pipe in concrete floor).
2. Tile the floor before fitting toilet.
3. Install/fit a concealed cistern unit.
4. Install back to wall pan.
5. Install cloakroom basin.
6. Install new pipework and box in.
7. Tile splashback in sink area.
Please provide a quote for the labour cost for the above works (including vat) - cloakroom unit will be chose once we have an idea of the labour costs.
Additional work -
Replace an existing Mira powershower unit in the upstairs bathroom.

I have broken off the 'hot' tap on a pair of pipes alongside my washing machine. The machine is cold fill only so still works. But the tap's thread is damaged so cannot be screwed back on and is leaking water. I have tried sealant but it is insufficient.
