Budget Under £500

Job Two jobs: both radiators in my living room don't work despite having been bled etc. one of them has corroded at the on/off valve. I believe that at least one of the two radiators need replaced. Also, my downstairs toilet is leaking - the water is gushing out of the side of the cistern lid during the flush because the water pressure when it refills is too powerful.

Job radiator is leaking. was turned off but is still leaking so no hot water or heating either. new combiboiler. need a price for new radiator.

Budget Under £250

Job There is a leak under the kitchen sink. We believe it is the pipe which provides hot water. The toilet seat hinge is broken and we cannot find the part to fix it. We have tried to fix/fit parts ourselves but have not been able to.

Comment Vic came out straight away to fix the problem (within the hour). He gathered everything he needed to get parts on his way. He fixed both issues and gave me a courtesy call the next day to see if I was still happy. He came across as someone I could trust and someone who would not rip you off! He even gave me some free plumbing tips just incase I come across other issues later! Thanks again Vic! Anjohn

Budget I'm not sure

Job Take out existing tumble drier and washing machine and plumb in new dishwasher (in place of drier) and washer/drier (in place of washing machine), all in kitchen. Also WC needs inspection as doesnt fill properly after flushing. ideal weekend is 20th Nov. Or any week day from 16th-30th nov.

And when we asked him back to tie up a few loose ends, he did so almost immediately and it was no bother to him. Budget I'm not sure

Job First job is to remove broken hot/ cold water pump, supply and fit new one. This is urgent as there is no water pressure upstairs without it. In downstairs loo cut and cap 2 pipes that supply radiator I will remove. Also take spur off cold water tap feed and run it throgh a wall and finish with washing machine fixing, also spur off tihs going to feed toilet cistern. Supply and fit new cistern. Run waste pipe back from washing machine position and join to basin waste.

Comment Great service, competative quote and the work done quickly, tidly and to high standard. Slight problem with Air lock in the pipes which was sorted out the next day under difficult circumstances (even though his van had broken down the plumber hired another van to come and sort out the problem!) I cannot recomend them enough and will be using them again for any other work that I need doing. Tim

Job It has been seen and disabled by a reputable electrian today. This had also blown the fuse which he has replaced. His advice was to seek a plumber who would need to drain the tank in order to replace the thermostat. I have another thermostat higher up in the tank for an emersion heater only, this is fine, the lower one heats the entire tank for economy7 hot water and this is the one that has bolwn
